The Sleep Council Bed Test
Two simple questions to ask yourself:
- Do you sleep better in a hotel or other bed away from home?
- Are you waking up with aches and pains which wear off as the day progresses?
If you answer yes to one or both of these questions, then it may be time to change your bed.
Seven years and counting
They’ve found out that the average bed has a life of around 7 years before it starts to show signs of sagging. They point out that the right mattress can make the difference between a restorative night’s sleep and poor quality sleep resulting in tiredness and fatigue.
