Great tips from The Sleep Council on how to relax and stop your mind racing before heading to bed.  Suggestions include relaxing your body one muscle group at a time; writing down your worries or to do list for the next day so you can clear your mind of all that for the night; listening to calming music before bed to help your mind drift and most importantly of all – stop for a moment and take four or five slow, deep breaths.
