TV’s in the bedroom are increasingly popular these days. However, it’s worth knowing that late night viewing can make it harder to fall sleep. The blue light that TV screens emit are a signal to our brain to stay in wake up mode. If you want to tune in to something late at night, try the radio instead. Easier on the eyes and, if you choose your channel well, you’ll be able to fall asleep to the sound of some lovely mellow tunes that will help you get in to a lovely calm frame of mind.
