We recently asked some women to tell us about their night-time sleep routines and in particular what got in the way of them getting a good night sleep. A whopping 83% of people told us that they find it difficult to quieten their mind at night once they get in to bed (for 19% of people this is true every night). No wonder - we all live such non-stop lives these days it's no wonder that even once we turn in for the night our brains are still whirring as we start to plot out all the things we have to do the next day.
