GO SLOW

<>

Slow down – you’re going too fast. Truth is, we all are. Modern life often feels like a non-stop race as we rush from one thing to the next trying not the drop the ball. Problem is, we’re not designed for a 24/7 lifestyle

Our body and mind both need their fair share of downtime, not just to recharge but also to repair. So this month give yourself a break and slow things down a little. Eke out a little quiet time for yourself every day. Consider rest as a positive rather than a guilt trip and (our most precious of all we think), reclaim the last 15 minutes of every day to wind down ready for a good night’s sleep

Step slowly through October and savour every precious second
