OUR BIRTHDAY COCKTAIL: SLOE GIN FIZZ

What's a birthday without a cocktail or two? To celebrate the 3rd anniversary of all things Kiss the Moon, we're raising a glass of this delicious Autumnal cocktail made with the finest Yorkshire Sloe Gin. Care to join us? 

Sloe Gin Fizz

 Ingredients:

2 oz sloe gin
1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp caster sugar
Club soda/Soda Water

Method:
Shake the sloe gin, lemon juice and sugar vigorously with ice. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass, and top with a splash of club soda. Add a glitzy straw, put on some music & enjoy. Cheers!
