"I'm going to stop skipping or delaying meals through the day, however busy I am. I know it messes with my concentration so it makes sense to stop and eat." ANNA
"I'm going to unplug more and encourage those around me to do the same. Put down that smart phone..." KATIE
"Whatever the weather, I'm going to make sure I spend some time outdoors every day. Ideally with the dogs walking through the woods. Even if it's just walking round the garden while I'm on the phone - I need that Vitamin D and oxygen hit." JO
"I'm going to drink more water through the day to keep myself hydrated. I got a fancy chilled water bottle for Christmas so that's a good start. Now I just need to keep it filled and close by so I can keep sipping." SUE
"I'm making my bathroom a 'Mum only' zone for 20 minutes each night so I can have a relaxing bath or a decent pamper session before bed. No children allowed." WENDY
