About Elizabeth:
Elizabeth describes herself as a menopausal mid-lifer, writer, and model. She has written about perimenopause/menopause and sleep extensively on her Instagram page @elizabethjosephnavigating, in Living North and in her yet to be published book! Her mission is to break down the taboos around menopause and disrupt the narrative around ageing. She has tried out an array of natural sleep products and approaches from tapping, taping, hypnotherapy, yoga poses, separate duvets, earthing, magnesium, Epsom salt baths, knee pillows and of course night-time period shorts. Most recently she has been experimenting with a range of products from Kiss the Moon.
