AROMATHERAPY REED DIFFUSER: Featuring an elegant dark design for the boudoir, each set comes with an etched black diffuser bottle, 6 black reeds and a sprig of black ruscus in a 100% recyclable cardboard box. Remove the stopper from the bottle and place on your bedside table. Pop in 3 reeds and your sprig of ruscus. Allow 48 hours for the fragrance to fill the room with aroma. For a stronger scent, use all the reeds and turn daily, for a more subtle scent use fewer reeds and turn less often

NIGHT-TIME FACE OIL: Place a few drops on to your fingertips, gently rub your hands together to warm, breathe in the aroma then pat on to cleansed face and neck. Use nightly   

SLEEP BALM: Simply massage in to your pulse points to quieten your mind and help you drift off to sleep
