We’ve just found out our DREAM Night-time Bath & Shower Oil has picked up an award in the "Sleep Saviour" category of the 2023 Health & Wellbeing Awards. We are delighted (it's been a customer favourite for years and one of our original launch products). So what makes it a SLEEP SAVIOUR?

We pair it with its perfect bedfellow - fresh and bright bergamot. This brings a soft, subtle, citrus note that lifts your mood and spirit at bedtime. Add in the sweet balsamic notes of Cedarwood used to calm anxiety & soothe aches & pains plus some soothing, calming and anti-inflammatory chamomile - the oil that makes you go ahhhh and a godsend for sensitive, red or dry skin. These gently relaxing oils are the heroes of our DREAM signature blend and make it our most soothing blend

We only use natural, skin-safe ingredients in our products (no parabens, SLS, no nasties) so they can be left on your skin. This makes our Bath & Shower Oil the perfect 3 products in 1. Use it to scent your bath, add directly to your skin before showering, or simply use as a massage oil to moisturise your skin directly
3. THE ULTIMATE BATH ROUTINE
Our favourite use is in the bath - the best way to re-set your sleep routine. Run a lovely deep bath. Once it's full, turn off the taps and add a pipette full of DREAM Night-time Bath & Shower Oil. Make sure you stay in the room as the biggest hit of aroma happens when the essential oils hit the water so you don't want to miss the benefits of that. Give it a quick swirl then step in and have a lovely long soak. When you step out, the drop in body temperature is another signal that the sun has gone down and it's time for bed, so you'll get another release of sleep hormones and be another step closer to wanting your bed
