SALTS, OILS OR BUBBLES?

Skin is porous, so adding the right minerals to your bathwater triggers a process called reverse osmosis, which draws harmful toxins from the body and is thought to support the absorption of the sleepy mineral, Magnesium. Whilst bath salts are natural, it’s worth checking that no artificial fragrances or other artificial ingredients have been added

Skin that’s been hidden under layers of woolly jumpers all winter can get dry and flaky and in need of some good moisturisation. But slathering damp skin with cold creams after a lovely warm soak can really ruin a pamper session. A soak in a warm tub that’s laced with luxurious bath oils is the perfect cheat. You’ll step out with skin that’s ready-moisturised from top to toe. Take care when choosing a bath oil and look for one that uses coconut oil (like ours) so it can be applied directly to the skin and will disperse naturally in water without the addition of chemical agents
