SUMMER BERRY SWIRLS
Homemade treats taste better because you know there’s only good stuff in them. These ice lollies are loaded with berry and yoghurt goodness, and taste as good as they sound. Simple to make and pretty as a picture.
Recipe spotted in Coast magazine and made by our own fair hands here at Kiss the Moon HQ...
- In a bowl bash 75g blackberries &150g raspberries together with 4 teaspoons runny honey.
- Take 300g vanilla or honey flavoured Greek Yoghurt and layer in to lolly molds or plastic cups, - one layer of yogurt then one of berries at a time to form a ripple effect.
- Add a lolly stick then freeze overnight.
- Once frozen, pop the mold in to a bowl of warm water for a minute to help soften enough then hey presto – your lollipop creations will be revealed.
