ZEST FOR LIFE - JULY 2017 INSPIRATION BOARD

Smile, it’s July. The promise of a month of long, light-filled summer days ahead is tantalizing don’t you think? We’re looking forward to healthy eating (all that juicy fresh fruit – delicious!) and spending as much time as we can out of doors, filling our lungs with clean, fresh air. Both are amazing ways to recharge the batteries and dial up the energy levels. Here’s to a month where we all get chance to play and give ourselves sufficient time to rest.
