Menopause & Sleep – How to have a good night's sleep in midlife & menopause

During menopause, hormonal changes take center stage and wreak havoc on our sleep routine. The decline in estrogen levels can throw our internal thermostat out of whack, leading to those infamous hot flashes and night sweats that turn our bed into a tropical paradise. Additionally, fluctuations in progesterone levels can contribute to anxiety and restlessness, making it harder to drift off into dreamland. As if that wasn't enough, the hormonal rollercoaster can also lead to mood swings and racing thoughts, turning bedtime into a mental marathon
