We might do this through the day or through the week, but how about having a evening 'phone a friend' buddy for nights when you need to have a natter to get something off your mind. Set yourselves a time limit for the call and make sure you listen as much as you talk. That way, you'll be able to off-load your day and also help a pal do the same.
