THE WONDER OF WATER
Our food for thought this week comes in the form of this inspiring Ted Talk by Raymond Tang. As we have been trying to get to grips with our energy levels this month it has struck us that good energy comes not only from being well-rested, but also from being aware of how we interact with others and the impact we have in the world. With that in mind, this lesson in life really struck a chord.
