EAT BETTER TO SLEEP BETTER
This month we are delighted to welcome our very own Kiss the Moon ambassador Anna Adsetts to guide us through an 'Eat Better to Sleep Better' workshop
A good night's sleep is incredibly important for your overall health. It reduces your risk of developing certain chronic illnesses, keeps your brain healthy, and boosts your immune system. There are many strategies you can use to promote good sleep, including making changes to your diet. This workshop will teach you how and how food & sleep are linked, as well as which are the best foods and drinks you can enjoy to enhance your quality of sleep
Participants will:
- Learn about some easy changes to their daily routine (including what, when and how they eat) that will help promote a better nights’ sleep
- Sample and taste some sleep promoting snacks

About Anna:
As a founding member of the Kiss the Moon team, Anna has spent the last 10 years dedicated to learning all she can about the world of sleep. Along the way she has learnt that there is no one thing that will lead to the perfect night, but that a holistic approach to bedtime leads to the best results. As a chef and a student nutritional therapist she has also had the opportunity to deep dive into the role that food and diet plays in this mix. She is looking forward to sharing how we can best support our night with the food choices we make in the day
