Soak away the day in a magnesium salt bath. As well as being the ‘sleepy’ mineral, magnesium helps alleviate symptoms such as night sweats and achy joints. Make sure you’re getting enough magnesium in your diet too (nuts, seeds, leafy veg) and if not, consider magnesium glycinate supplements supplements
