Moonberry Cocktail
(enough for 2)
a good handful of fresh raspberries
1/2 lime cut into wedges
6 mint leaves
3 measures of Mount Gay Aged Rum
agave syrup to taste
soda water
ice cubes
- Crush the raspberries & mint leaves in the bottom of the shaker with a muddler (or the handle of wooden spoon!)
- add a splash of the soda to help loosen things up
- Add in your ice cubes
- pour over the rum
- squeeze the juice from lime wedges in and then drop in the rinds
- Give it all a good shake
- Strain out into ice filled glasses and top with soda water
Serve. Delish
